First Avenue Pt 1 Circa 1930
‘First Avenue Part I: Circa 1930’ is a depiction of neighborhood thriving after the great migration in hopes of achieving the American dream. The streets are buzzing with life, business is flourishing, and the sense of family, pride and honor is present. The neighborhood is made up of a mixture of professionals, blue color workers and entrepreneurs. In spite of the efforts of redlining and discrimination, life is good. Stay tuned for part II.
