When I was a little boy news reporters often referred to the average person as "The man on the street." Today that term in my opinion has taken on a whole new meaning. Everyday I see people who are virtually "living on the streets." This is clearly a societal problem that demands justice from our city, county, state, and federal governments. No one should have to live on the streets. This is unacceptable.
