When Two Becomes One

This piece stands up 6ft tall and 4ft wide. Consists of acrylic paint on solid wood panel.

I created this piece while thinking about unity and become one with an individual. Not necessarily in a marriage union but just in general. I feel that it is a beautiful when two or more individuals can come together and harmonize within the same space. Whether it is for support of one another, in adoration of each other, or building something that is so divined and destined that it cannot be broken. The joy of this piece is the celebration of finding/ being with someone in the present moment and being so connected, there is no distinction between to the two. Joy is happiness that comes from within, the eternal feeling of being whole.
