Lady Justice is presented in burlap and sea shells representing the common folk. She has on a blindfold, but it is slightly tilted so she can peer through because she knows that justice can be corrupted. In her scales, the concept of MAAT is in play with the feather being sufficient to balance the greed and coercion of money.
